Blinded We Fall Change Name Again
Local Dallas band Blinded We Fall, who recently changed their name from Advent, have now changed their name to Headtrip. The band stated in a blog that the name change was due to label interest and that they are going into the studio to work on four new songs with hopes of big news in the next few weeks.

I’m pretty sure Headtrip is taken, so they’ll likely be changing it again.

That is what I was thinking Jay, but surely they’ve thought it through if they claim it’s the last name change…who knows.

Headtrip drama with your head so in the clouds…
Headtrip does seem like a familiar band name. But either way they sound pretty good, hopefully they have good news coming up.

I’ll always know them as Advent. They should really get away from the cover songs though.

thanks Dave. Did they release any albums under Advent or Blinded we Fall?

I looked up Headtrip and found one band’s MySpace, but they seem fairly new and unsigned, so I doubt they mean anything.
BTW, maybe it’s just me, but I was unable to post a comment and be logged into the message board at the same time. Is that supposed to happen?

I found their CD “The Lines Of Healing” under the name Advent on cdbaby. Sounds like a really good cd from the clips.
