Underoath have revealed the track listing for the CD portion of their new live CD/DVD ‘Survive, Kaleidoscope‘, which is due out on May 27th. The set also includes the bands 65-minute set at Philadelphia’s Electric Factory which took place in October 2007. Track listing is as follows:

Chosen Son, formerly known as Forty Acres, will release their debut album via Eleven Seven Music later this year. The albums first single “Let’s Rock N’ Roll” can be streamed on MySpace with additional audio available here.

Warner Music Group, Universal Music Group and EMI filed a lawsuit against Project Playlist, the site which allows users to create music play lists for MySpace and other networking sites, claiming “massive” copyright infringement.

USA Today and Mediabase have formed a partnership which will allow USA Today to print Mediabase’s radio airplay charts. “USA Today Airplay Charts compiled by Mediabase” will make its debut today, April 29th, in the Life section and will be published every Tuesday.

Flaw / Five.Bolt.Main front-man Chris Volz has teamed with former Flaw guitarist Jason Daunt to form Foundation. The band will perform their first show on May 9th at Headliners in Louisville, KY. Two demo tracks are available on the bands MySpace.
The new band is not expected to affect Flaw’s re-union.
