Metallica has denied the October 28th release date listing on Amazon.com for their new studio album. An official release date has yet to be set.

Former TuneLab Featured Band Under the Flood’s debut album ‘The Witness‘ will hit stores on May 13th via Koch Records. The album was produced by Daughtry guitarist Brian Craddock.

According to Amazon.com, Motley Crue’s upcoming new album, ‘Saints of Los Angeles‘, will now hit stores on June 24th. The album was originally set for release on June 17th.
The first single from the album can be streamed on the band’s MySpace.

Stone Temple Pilots front man Scott Weiland has announced in a blog on his MySpace that his upcoming new solo record will be a double album. He also stated that the album is due out this November.

O.A.R. have announced that they will release their upcoming new album, ‘All Sides‘, on July 15th. You can stream two new songs, “This Town”, and “What is Mine”, from the album on their MySpace.

Coldplay have made their new single “Violet Hill” available as a free download here. The track is taken from the band’s upcoming new album ‘Viva la Vida or Death And All His Friends‘, which is due out June 17th.
