He’s “taking time off to get his life together”

Oh damn, that sucks. I like how Papa Roach is one of those bands that doesn’t have lineup changes with every new album and I’m hoping their new CD won’t sound too different with a new drummer.

And “parted ways with” is one of those terms used instead of getting kicked out. It’s like saying someone “passed away” instead of died and “senior citizen” instead of old person.

Suckage. I doubt they will sound very different. I think Evans Blue has changed drummers a few times already with only 2 albums out and they sound about the same. Drummers don’t really change up the sound as much as changing say a lead singer.

So, he was more or less forced out to get his life together by the other guys?

Well, that’s a shocker, at first. But it’s cited as personal reasons stated by Shaddix, on their Facebook and Myspace pages. Can’t go wrong with that.

It’s close to 15 years together. Come on! Throw some changes in the mix! The show must go on.
